COVID-19 Update From H/K/B

Dear valued patients and friends,

As your trusted healthcare provider, we know that you look to us for the highest standards of safety and medical care. We consider your well-being our highest priority, and after careful consideration, we have decided to close our offices for two weeks. This will be effective today, March 20, 2020, and we will plan to reopen on Monday, April 6th at 8:00am.

So to best serve you, our staff and doctors will remain available to you in a virtual capacity; this includes consultations and follow ups. We are postponing surgeries, spa services and treatments until we reopen, and our team members are currently reaching out to those patients. We will plan to resume our full operations when we reopen on April 6th

Please know that we are still here for you and will remain accessible. If you are a post-operative patient, we have triage nurses and doctors available to speak with you regarding any questions you may have about your care. Here are answers to some common concerns you may be having at this time:

Q: Do I need to call if I have an upcoming appointment or procedure?

A: There’s no need to call – our team members are reaching out to either reschedule your appointment to a different date or to a Virtual Visit. However, if you’d like to contact us you are welcome to!

Q: What if I have a complication and need help; what do I do?

A: We have triage nurses and doctors on call 24 hours a day to assist your needs.  Simply call us and a team member will help you.

Q: What if I still want to have a consultation with a surgeon?

A: Our surgeons will still be available to consult with you in a virtual capacity over the next two weeks.  Please contact us to secure a time.

Q: I need to reorder my skin care products; can I still get them?

A: Yes! You can shop our online store at https://store.hkbsurgery.com/ or simply call the office.  We’d be happy to walk your products down to your car for you! 

We will continue to keep in touch with you as this situation evolves, and ask that you please keep in touch with us as well.  Our thoughts are with each and every one of you and we look forward to seeing you in April.  Stay well.
