This patient is a 37 year old female who was unhappy with with the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after having children. She wished to improve her abdominal contour and waistline, as well as add volume and restore the shape of her dropping breasts. She underwent a Circumferential Extended Abdominoplasty with a Vertical Resection with hip roll liposuction. This procedure is called a Fleur de Lis Abdominoplasty, named for the shape of the final skin removal. In addition, she had a Full Mastopexy with Submuscular Breast Augmentation. The post photos were taken six months after surgery was preformed.
